Fully recommend Ebb & Flo day spa. Hot stone massage was awesome. Had a hydrating facial and I left feeling wonderful and so relaxed. Very generous, it was my daughter's birthday we left with samples and my daughter was gifted a beautiful candle.

What a surprise! Very polished, professional and friendly dayspa hidden in suburbia. Went out of their way to accomodate a joint treatment for my primary aged daughter and myself at short notice. Highly recommend for a mother daughter outing. Lovely personal touches.

I’m lucky to have found Ebb & Flow - I have been seeing Ali regularly for about 6 months now for a fortnightly body massage. She is excellent and the owner Natalie, has created a high quality salon with all the benefits of a small community business.
It doesn’t matter how often they see me I still get the same experience - the hot tea and chocolate on arrival, the aromatherapy ritual to start and end the massage and nice touches such as an electric blanket and eye mask.
There’s no pushy sales, you feel appreciated for your custom and it’s a place you can take a breath and break from your hectic life !
I can’t say enough good things about this place - has to be experienced !!

My Therapist Ally provided an firm massage, her massage technique is amazing so relaxing. My skin feels refreshed, hydrated and glowing. Do yourself a favour and book in for this great experience.

Wow. This was the most amazing experience. It has been over 10 years since I last had a facial/pamper package and it was worth every cent. I walked out feeling so relaxed and leaving with my skin looking near perfect made me appreciate their expertise even more. The ambience is wonderful and being in a bush setting it made me feel like I had really escaped even though I only had a five minute drive from home. Don’t be discouraged at all by the steep driveway, any car can get up and down easily and there is plenty of room to manoeuvre in and out of the parking spaces at the top. I. Will. Be. Back.
